Software License Agreement

By downloading the Corretto Post-Processor or plugins for Corretto (“Software”), purchasing a license, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this software license agreement (“Agreement”).

You as the licensee enter a binding license agreement with Jens Kutílek (“Licensor”).

License Grant for Corretto

You may install and use the Software on any number of computers. This license is provided free of charge.

The license granted to you is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

License Grant for Commercial Corretto Plugins

Though the Corretto Post-Processor is provided free of charge, there may be additional plugins for the Software that require the purchase of a license for continued use.

You may evaluate a commercial Software plugin for 10 days. Corretto will notify you when the evaluation period of such a Software plugin begins and ends. If you wish to keep using the Software plugin after that period, you must purchase a license key.

For each license key you receive, you may activate a Software installation on a computer used by you for your own personal or business use. You may activate the Software on up to 2 computers, e.g. a home and an office computer, provided that the Software is not used at the same time on both computers.

The license granted to you is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

If you fail to comply with the terms set forth in the Agreement, the Agreement is terminated immediately.

Upon termination, you may not use the Software anymore. You must uninstall it and destroy all copies of the Software.

Restrictions

You are not allowed to

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to any third party.

Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Berlin, Germany.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
